By using Thin Walls, you agree to treat our platform with respect.
To keep the community safe, we reserve the right to suspend or remove user accounts that:
Engage in harmful behaviour (e.g. doxxing)
Try to overload or abuse the app (e.g. spam, automation, or hitting rate limits)
Thin Walls is a space for learning, support, and growth. If we believe someone is misusing it, we’ll take steps to protect the space.
The app is provided "as is” and we’re always working to improve it, but we can't promise it will always be perfect or bug-free.
User-generated content
Thin Walls allows users to submit reviews and other content based on their personal experiences.
By submitting content to the platform, you:
confirm that the content reflects your own genuine experience
retain ownership of your content
grant Thin Walls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform
Content submitted by users represents individual perspectives and does not reflect the views of Thin Walls.
Account responsibility
If you create an account on Thin Walls, you are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
all activity that occurs under your account
You agree to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thin Walls is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcomes arising from:
reliance on information or content available on the platform
user-submitted content, including reviews and sound data
decisions made based on information provided by Thin Walls

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising in connection with the platform will be subject to the courts of South Africa.
